Meet Your Trainer

Alyssa is a Spokane native who grew up playing sports and enjoying nearly all outdoor activities. She played softball at North Idaho College, then transferring Stony Brook University in Long Island. During her time there, she ran her first Spartan Race at the Mets Stadium in NYC and immediately fell in love with Obstacle Course Racing. Since then, she has had the opportunity to be invited to race on the Spartan Pro Team for the last 5 years. When she’s not trail running or training for her upcoming races, she loves to travel and still enjoys nearly everything the outdoors have to offer, including backpacking, hiking, and camping. Through overcoming her own mental and physical obstacles, she is passionate about helping others do the same and having them reach their fitness goals that she knows they are capable of.
